Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..

As per your complain headache, fever, facial and teeth pain seems to be due to infection in sinuses leading to sinusitis and as the maxillary sinuses are present adjacent to the nose and in close proximity with the roots of upper teeth infection and inflammation in sinuses can lead to the following symptoms..
I would suggest you to consult a Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations can help in diagnosis and treatment can be planned..
As of now you can take tylenol to reduce fever and Ibprofen to pain..
Take ample of rest and do steam inhalations and use a humidifier in your room..
Once the physician confirms sinusitis antibiotics and steroid nasal sprays will be advised..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
