What Causes Headache,fever And Pain In Eyes?

my 9 almost 10 year old son has been complaining of headaches every day within the past week and today is having a 100degree fever and a headach that gets worse when he stands. it hurts so bad that it causes pain in his eyes he never gets sick or a fever so this is uncommon for him.

hi, fever with headache could be a cause of sinusitis (infection of the sinuses) or infection anywhere in around his ear/ nose/ throat. Proper antibiotic with a course of analgesic can relieve his symptoms
