What Causes Headache,light Headedness And Weakness?
Hi there, my mother has a headache, weakness, and is lightheaded but feels like her head is heavy or there is fluid in her head. She s a little nauseous at times and feels hungry, but doesn t have much of an appetite. She s eating and drinking and does not have a fever, no vomiting, no diarrhea.

First of all, your mother should do a CT brain, Echo on heart, ECG, measuring blood pressure and fasting blood glucose to assess her general health. Second, during menopause, there are some irregularities in the hormone levels, so you can ask an Endocrinologist for further investigations and help.
