What Causes Headache,nausea,sore Breast And Cramps Before Periods?
a week before my period was due i have cramping for a couple days then a light brown dischage for one day, sore breasts. a week later i got my period no cramping sore breasts and nausea, increase in urination, headache, shorter period , 4 days compared to normal 7. what could be going on?

It is quite a common perimenstrual symptom and nothing much to worry about it.
You can take drugs like Mefenamic Acid for symptomatic relief.
