What Causes Headaches After Getting Hit On Face?

I hit my face (nose area) a week ago with a pole, didn't break my nose just a little bruise. The bruising has gone away but I have been waking up feeling weird from my head. I get headaches all day and it feels like my head is heavy. I also feel cross eyed at times.

Hi, thanks for asking form HCM.

I can understand your concern. The headache in your case could be due to
: Some nose injury like fracture or old hematoma which is still painful. You can feel it over injury site. If you feel swelling/tenderness at injury site/some collection or break in bone, it could be.
For treatment, kindly consult ENT doctor. He will evaluate you, advise X ray of nose/sinuses and treatment will be decided after reports

: Sinusitis - Sometimes air sinus gets injury and leads to obstruction/infection and it presents as headache/heaviness in head/nasal blockade/pain around eyes.
For management, consult ENT doctor. You can take steam inhalation 4-5 times daily
Avoid cold food/drink
Take hot/warm food/drink
You can take paracetamol-Xylometazoline-Cetrizine after proper prescription
You can take antibiotic therapy like Co-amoxyclav after proper prescription.

: Another reason could be refractive error in eyes (Need of glasses). Kindly get your vision checked and if needed, start using glasses.
