Hello dear, Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com. It is apparent that you had a clinically mild head injury in that accident as it was not associated with any loss of consciousness.Headache with nausea precipitated by loud noise accompanied with bloating of stomach, does not appear to be related to the accident. It is likely some form of migraine variant. Loud noise is acting as a trigger factor for this. You need to reduce exposure to loud noise.Along with, please discuss with your physician to start you on anti-migraine drugs like tricyclic antidepressants, beta blockers, triptans, anticonvulsants and calcium channel blockers, the one which suits you the best. I hope it helps.
