According to history first if you have associated congestive symptoms then it could be viral infection in which headache and backache can occur as constitutional symptom... Symptomatic treatment done with analgesic and antihistaminic drug. Second you might have infection in body and that can stimulate pain peripheral receptor to produce headache.... So for that detail history taken..... Investiagate with CRP, LFT and RFT.... USG abdomen also might needed. For choosing investigation physical examination also need in your cause. ENT causes also ruled out.Otoscopy done. Then treated accordingly.... If it is only by viral flu then no need for much worry. Take care. Consult physician for it
