The headache and
vertigo are your basic symptoms. The most common cause of this may be
hypertension. In my experience these two symptoms may usually be present when a person has undetected
high blood pressure (which may be very very high in view of untreated status of the blood pressure.
I would also consider ear problems like BPPV (positional vertigo, if the symptoms occur on bending your head. Alternatively, an impression of atypical
migraine need also be considered.
The best option would be to get an
MRI of the brain.
