What Causes Headaches And Pressure Between The Shoulder Blades?
What causes headaches. I ve had one off & one, every day, for a couple weeks, above my right eyebrow. 40 minutes ago it felt like it moved to my right cheek and then pressure between my shoulder blades. I don t have the pressure anymore but still have the pain in my cheek & feel really sleepy.

It can be a tension headache.
As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Tramadol for pain relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult a neurologist and get evaluated.
