What Causes Headaches And Swelling In Feet And Hand During Pregnancy?

hi im 35 weeks pregnant,i have been suffering from headaches for the last 3 days and i have had swollen feet and hands for the last 4 days.I have checked my blood pressure and it is 124 over 73.as my mum suffered from pre clamsia could u tell me if i sholud get checked out or is this normal/thanks

Hi, I have gone through your question. Headache and edema in feet are the symptoms of pre- eclampsia.Edema in hands and feet can also be due to heart disease, liver disease or can be physiological change of pregnancy.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist as soon as possible so that you can be properly examined, investigated and treated, and ifrequired, then admitted as in - patient for blood pressure monitoring and urinary protein estimation.
