What Causes Headaches And Tight Sensation In The Shoulders?

I have been experiencing headaches for 5 days straight. I am slightly tight in the neck and shoulders. My Brain feels like it is on fire. I want to ice my head. I have had loose stools 5-6 times a day. I am very tired and very weak feeling. I went to the emergency room yesterday that treated me for a migraine. My headache came back first thing this morning as well as the feeling my brain is hot as fire.

Hi,

Have you had fever during the past days? It may be a sign of a viral infection. The best thing is to have some rest. If it resolved within a few days no problem but if not consult a neurologist.
