Thank you for using Telemedicine via HealthcareMagic.com. I have gone through your case and I can understand your concern. Based on your history, it may be migraine or chronic sinusitis. Did you have done any consult with a neurologist about your concern? If chronic sinusitis, finding its cause is the first step, then a full course with antibiotic and ibuprofen for headache will be helpful. If migraine propranolol is prescribed to prevent atacks of migraine and NSAIDs such as praracetamol, ibuprofen alone or in combination with codein, or antimigraine drugs such as sumatriptan or dihydroergotamine for severe attacks. Avoid exposure to light, spicy foods, wine, cold etc because may trigger your headache. Please don't forget to give your valuable feedback and five star rating, to help me assist you in a better way.
