General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You are having dizziness, headache, nausea, sweating. Your head is spinning on change of posture. You should take water adequately and also some hot beverage to help maintain your body electrolyte balance, blood pressure, blood glucose level. Stay at rest, do not stress. Avoid doing heavy work, do not drive. Stay away from addictions(smoking, alcohol, weed, etc.), it may trigger your symptoms.

Take anti-emetics to avoid nausea. Dizziness and headache triggers nausea. You can take toast and tea or coffee when you start feeling better. Dizziness commonly occurs due to vertigo, inner ear problem, peri menopausal or menopausal phase, generalized weakness, brain tumor, etc. You are suggested to get clinically examined by an ENT, get audiometry test done to detect vertigo, hearing loss (partial /complete) or other ear ailment. If needed you will be referred to GP and treated accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
