Hello! I read your question and understand your concern. I think your symptoms may be caused by anxiety and psychological stress. The fact that all the tests that you have performed have resulted normal are a strong argument in favor of this diagnosis. I would like to know if you have been under stress lately. I would recommend you to consult with a psychiatrist . I would also recommend you to perform thyroid hormone levels and blood electrolytes, including magnesium, to exclude other causes.
