Hello dear,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.Headache precipitated with so many trigger factors can be-
1)psychosomatic 2)Migraine variant

Migraine variant is a rare possibility in this case.Migraine is characterised by-
1)Unilateral(on one side)headache
2)Nausea
3)Visual aura
4)Photophobia(headache increases on exposure to bright light)
5)Phonophobia(headache increases on exposure to sound)

Please see if your headache is accompanied by any of the above symptoms. If yes,it goes in favour of migraine.else,It is likely a psychosomatic headache.
In any of the case,a trial of amitriptyline can be of help. Please discuss with your physician with the detailed history, which can aid in making the diagnosis.I hope it helps.
