What Causes Headaches, Giddiness And Tingling From Side To Back Of Head?

Dear Dr. I am suffering from severe headaches, guddiness, tingling sensations from side to back of head.. Its hurting a lot.. I cant perform daily activity properly.. Sometimes my BP goes low n I have breathing difficulty.. I have vertigo since 2yrs.. I have had a head injury history.. One 15yrs back a full suitcase fell from above the cupboard on my head, one 5yrs back I met wit an accident, and 5months back I had hit my head against a wall and 2months back had hit a glass inmy head.. now my suicidal tendency is no more there but other symptoms still persist.. What am I suffering from???

I understand your concern. Thank you for the question!
In my opinion the headaches you are having are partly caused by your repeated head trauma. It is very common for head trauma to cause tension type headache. All your troubles can be explained by this disorder.
Brain trauma can also cause mood changes, depression, dizziness and insomnia.
If you were my patient I would treat you with an antidepressant like Zooloft, paroxetine or amytriptiline.
Amytriptiline must be started after a cardiologist consult as it can cause heart problems.
These drugs taken for some months will reduce your headache frequency and intensity.
During headache I would recommend you acetaminophen , ibuprofen, naproxen or indomethacine which will make you feel better.
