What Causes Headaches, Sore Red Throat And Difficulty In Breathing?

I ve been having pounding headaches, sore red throat with white dots and my chest seems heavy/hard to breathe. SHould i take over the counter medication or go see a doctor for antibiotics? I have no prescription plan so that is why I am hesitant to see a doctor. Thank you, Ashley

First of all, you should see a doctor immediately for physical examination, then you should do some investigations such as: CBC, fasting blood sugar and measuring your blood pressure. If you are a woman and take oral contraceptive pills or hormonal replacement therapy, you should ask a gynecologist for help.
