I am having headaches, tiredness, and yawning that seem to be occurring at the same time every day. 10:30 - 11:00 am and 3:00 - 4:00 in the afternoon. I have had my fasting BG taken and TSH - normal range. I am reaching menopause and am pretty tired all the time, but it is worse between meals. I have tried cheese and nuts for a snack which seem to help, but I may be imagining it. Is there something else I might try?
