Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
You are presenting multiple symptoms that your daughter has: eye pain, head pain, musculoskeletal pain, nasal congestion, and vomiting. Multi-systems are involved and it seems like she has a flu-like illness. She also has disordered sleeping. A child her age should get 10-11 hours of sleep a night and easily awaken in the morning. She ought to have a nighttime routine: a warm bath or shower at night, followed by about half an hour of reading a book for pleasure in bed, no screens in bedroom (cell phone, iPad, computer, TV), no loud noises outside of her bedroom that she can hear. A child her age should get 10-11 hours of sleep per 24 hours. This doesn't have to be all at one time. For example, she could sleep for 9 hours through the night and have a one hour nap just as she arrives home from school in the afternoon. It will be a good idea if you and your daughter together set her bedtime and be insistent that she get up in AM with enough time to get ready for school and eat a GOOD breakfast. For the flu-like illness she can take Ibuprofen or Acetaminophen for pain or fever and plenty of fluids so she doesn't become dehydrated and having plenty of fluid in her body will help decrease her muscle pain.
I hope this helps and she gets well soon. Please return when more questions arise.
