What Causes Headaches With Hyperkinetic Movements?
I'm 39 years of age last year I was diagnosed of hypertension when I could not sleep properly , since then I have been place on drug , tenoretic, dopatab , lotrial 5 etc , but in the recent times I have been experience slight headache once in a while, I will be experience loss of life on my legs and strange movements like electric shock , when I'm talking for long period the silivar in my mouth will be ticky , what is the cause and the solution
Regarding your concern, I would recommend performing some tests to investigate for the possible causes:
- a resting ECG - a complete blood count for anemia - thyroid hormone levels to rule in/out possible thyroid dysfunction - kidney and liver function tests - blood electrolytes (including calcium, potassium, sodium and chloride to exclude possible imbalance) - a nerve conduction study to examine for possible nerve damage that may cause symptoms in your legs
You should discuss with your doctor on the above tests.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Kind regards,
Dr. Iliri
