Recentally I haveing painful headaches and my urine is really smelly and dark I suffer from constant urine infections this has been treated with procedures at the hospital as a result in the past .i have also been really tired and drained what could this be I have drank alot of water as I thought I could be dehydrated but doesnt seem to work ..I am a 23year old female and genereally really healthy.

The best way to treat any urine infection is identify the bacteria that is giving it. You can get a sample of your urine and send it for urinary analysis and culture and identify that bacteria and how susceptible is that bacteria the certain antibiotics. Sometimes we're giving antibiotics that the bacteria is not sensitive to it and that is why The patient doesn't get better.
