I got a MRI done over a year ago. The paper lets me know; There is a left middle cranial fossa presumed arachnoid cyst measuring 40 mm with mass effect on the adjacent left temporal lobe. I got this MRI done because my headaches were getting really awful. They are only worse and ive had these headaches for about maybe 3 years. They just keep getting worse. When I went to a neurologist he told me I was depressed and needed to be on suicide watch. I am clearly not suicidal. I decided to take matters into my own hands. I cannot figure out why my headaches are getting this bad. I have a referral out for another MRI as well. Can you let me know what this kind of cyst can cause or do to me and if I need real help.
Does she suffer from a fever by any chance? If so, I would suggest that she consider narcotic pain medication to relieve her 3 levels of pain. Her severity of pain sounds like she would only benefit from th pain medication, and it would improve her overall quality of daily life. If she suffers from a fever as well, especially in the chest raging upward over the face and neck, she may be suffering from severe war-time "STI"
