What Causes Hearing Problems, Itching And Yellow Liquid Discharge?
Hi I havnt been able to hear out of my left ear for 3 weeks now. I have some pain and itching and some bright yellow liquid draining out.i went to dr.s she said I had an ear infection gave me antibiotics and claretine, it s been ten days now on those and it hasn t helped. I have an appt tomorrow with Ent but, was just wondering what it could be. I ve tried the alcohol vinegar swimmers ear meds peroxcide nothing helped.

All these symptom are due to suppurative Otitis Media and you need to change over to another antibiotic, good anti-inflammatory and antihistamine for a long time.
Also go for an Audiometry to decide whether there is only conductive healing loss or a mixed one. The mixed one may not recover at all.
Do not instill any ear drops.
