I never faint but I noticed that in winter, and when feeling hot inside from being rugged up, I start seeing black and my hearing fades and I have to sit or lie down to recover. I have also felt nauseous. What is it? Does it have something to do with being cold outside and feeling hot inside?
Hello, Possibility of a serous otitis where the fluid get collected in the ear and caused the hearing problems must be ruled out. Consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated. An otoscopic examination is required to make a diagnosis. Thanks
