heart burn Hello, I've been having heart burn almost every day for about 3 months and I've noticed I get it by eating or drinking almost anything. But I've also noticed that its at its worst when I lay down. Tums helps a lot but I wanted to know if I should be more concerned.

What Causes Heart Burn After Eating Anything?
Hi, Heartburn after eating is suggesting hyperacidity issues of your stomach. I recommend to run upper endoscopy to determine the right diagnosis. Tums is an antacid that is stabilizing stomach pH. PPIs like Omeprazole early in the morning and ranitidine at night can also help. But first run upper endoscopy. Avoid laying down immediately after eating. Keep two pillows when sleeping. All the best.
