Hello Welcome to HCM and I thank you for posting your query..
I read your question completely and have understood it well.
I am really sorry for your health condition.
But here I am, to help you..

I would like to tell you that following major surgery, it's common symptom. But yes, it can give you worst feeling. I can understand that.
Your surgery is a major one, though it was done laparoscopically.

I would like to give the following suggestions in order to help you..
1. Drink lot of water, around 4 litres a day.
2 High fiber diet
3. Take Tablet Pantoprazole 40mg daily morning before breakfast for about 2 weeks.
This will definitely help you.

Most importantly,
Be mentally prepared to face such problems for couple of weeks.
After that, you'll be totally fine.
Honestly, I feel you are very lucky to undergo a laparoscopy rather than open one.

Hope this helps you. In case you need any further help, let me know.
Take care and God bless.
I find this answer helpful
