Hi,
I read your query and understand your concern
Big chest pain needs examination to understand those cause
First which need to be excluded is cardiac infarction
That can be done by doing an EKG or cardiac enzymes such as CKMB or troponine
Pain can be even caused by fibromyalgia which fully treatable
So you don't have to panic but examination are needed
Better be checked by a bear doctor and discuss with him about my opinion
Hope my answer has helped you
Best regards
