What Causes Heart Palpitation Along With Blurred Vision And Numbness In Hands?

The doctors continue saying my heart is fine after many tests including stress test, EKG, chest x-ray/MRI. They relate it to anxiety, but I've been very relaxed over the past few years. Still, my heart beats very hard when I'm at rest. My hands go numb. I get dizzy vision when exposed to cold weather. I've had two very painful chest episodes while running for exercise. I fatigue very easily throughout the work day. I'm 33, male with a history of sinusitis but no other else issues.
