What Causes Heart Palpitations And Excessive Yawning?
Hi. I'm 24 years old 75kg guy. My problem is from the last 3 days i'm feeling unnecessary fast heart beat rate with lot of yawning, i can even feel my heart's beat . Is it normal ? some anxiety attack or i'm going to have heart attack/stroke ? I'm so horrified.

If it is normal nothing to worry
Avoid smoking if you do
Do regular exercise daily
Take plenty of water, fresh fruts and juices
