What Causes Heart Palpitations And Nausea?

Hi I am a 53 old female. 138 pounds and 5 foot 3 inches tall. Recently started getting heart palpitations when i do window cleaning or other movements like wiping walls. Palpitations last up to one hour after stopping the task. Also feeling of nausea.

Hi welcome to HCM.
Palpitations in your case have to be assessed thoroughly through a baseline EKG and a 24 hr holter ecg.These can accurately quantify your ectopics.In most cases they are benign and do not need specific therapy.Trouble some ectopics can be treated through beta blockers.Reduce the intake of coffee.Anxiolytics can also offer good control.2 dimensional echo can rule out organic heart lesions.Consuly your cardiologist for further help.
