What Causes Heart Palpitations And Nausea?
My heart has been pounding hard and ive been having cold sweats, shaky,tired,weak,hotflashes, nausea and latharjec. I just dont feel normal, this has been going on for a couple of days now. Should i go to the hospital or is it something that will pass.

You may be suffering from postmenopausal or andropause (if male) symptoms. Other possibilities like myocardial infarction or arrhythmia or heart block etc.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Avoid caffeinated drinks, smoking, alcohol intake. Do yoga and meditation, drink plenty of water.
If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
