Hi welcome to HCM
I understand your query and concern.
Your symptoms are related to Menopause due to hormonal imbalance since all your blood tests are normal.Do not worry.Monitor your blood pressure regularly.Get ECG,lipid profile, ultrasound abdomen after 6 months to rule out any abnormality.Palpitations in your heart are definitely related to Stress .So do not worry.Drugs like anxiolytics can be helpful.Report to emergency if you have symptoms like chest pain, shortness of breath, palpitations, dizziness.Anti hypertensives can be helpful once blood pressure is elevated.Consult your doctor for expert management.
Post your further queries if any,
Thank you.
