Greetings! Welcome to HCM and thank you for your question. I understand your concern.
I will start my answer by reassuring you about the supraventricular premature complexes, they are totally benign. However, they could harvester, in some cases, an atrial enlargement, for example. Adding your symptoms you provided, my opinion is that some tests regarding
cardiovascular disease should be run, and a consult with a cardiologist.
I would recommend an EKG to assess your conduction and electrical systems of the heart, in resting state, at the moment the examination is performed. Then, I would also recommend an echo cardiogram to measure the size of atria and ventricles, also to evaluate the function of them and of the valvular apparatus of the heart. If judged appropriate by your cardiologist, after these tests have been performed, a cardiac
stress test may be prescribed, both to assess your chronotrope reserve, also to evaluate if there is a problem with the coronary arteries or not. If any conduction or electrical abnormality is found, a 24-hour rhythm registration would be in order.
I hope you find this information helpful.
My regards,
Dr. Meriton
