I am female 38 yrs.old...my granny passed away in march, and I have not been the same. I am better with heart palpations(fluttering from chest area), and I am tired a lot. here in last few days, I have been sick. runny nose, tired but cannot sleep hardly at all at night, I vomited last night, and this morning getting ready for work broke out in a terrible..i mean terrible sweat. water literally poured off my face this morning and felt like I was going to pass out. but, was beter after 15 mins. or so. last night also had really bad cramps that would come and go.

Hi welcome to HCM.
You seem to have post traumatic stress disorder leading to cycle of stress symptoms which you mentioned.I advise you to have a baseline ecg and 2 dimensional echo to rule out organic heart pathology.Drugs like escitalopram and clonazepam are needed in your case for 6-12 months to tide over the crises of anxiety.Regular exercise is needed.Practise yoga and stress management. In case of significant ecg changes ,antiarrhythmics are needed.Consult your cardiologist for further care.
Thank you.
