Hi,
No, the baby is safe. Either you had some allergy to the food you ate or you have had the syncopal attack, which becomes common during pregnancy. You can get your blood pressure checked to see if there is any variation. Owing to the altered hemodynamics, in pregnancy, postural hypotension is common and this causes such blackouts. There is a transient fall in the blood pressure which recovers on lying flat. Please report to your health care provider to see if you need any investigations like blood counts, sugar levels and a sonogram. Take care.
