Hi, ive been getting heart palpatations off and on since my 20s ive gone to the doctor about 10 yrs. ago and had a test wear i wore a heart monitor home for the night and the result was i had an irregular heartbeat and nothing else was done lately for the past mth. ive been having a shaky inside feeling constantly i feel as though im on massive amounts of adrenaline or speed and for the past couple weeks ive been getting fast pounding heart palpatations especially when i lay down to go to sleep on a daily basis i also get hot flashes daily and lightheaded im only 35 and i am female i do not have any stress at the present time therefor i am worried about my heart.
