What Causes Heart Palpitations While On Levothyroxine?
I just took levothyroxin for the first time this morning. I ve been having some instances of irregular heartbeats, and arrhythmia, and now I have rashly, itchy arms and eyes. I was prescribed this medication for changes in blood work that indicate low thyroid function. What should I do?

You need to adjust your dose of Levothyroxine.
If you are taking higher amount of Levothyroxine than required, it can lead to heart palpitaion kind of symptoms due to increased heart rate.
