What Causes Heart Palpitations While Using A CPAP Machine?
What causes heart palpitations when using a CPAP machine? Would like a f/u on this question as I never noticed having palpitations at night (rest) until AFTER I was prescribed a CPAP. So it makes me question if the pressure setting is too high or not high enough or just totally unrelated. The CPAP has certainly made a huge positive difference in my overall health and energy level. So I hope it has nothing to do with this.

as such CPAP does not specifically cause any palpitations.
please check out with your electrolyte levels, especially potassium,& magnesium.
pressure setting of too high & too low values will hamper your respiratory system with variations in airway pressures.
not to worry with CPAP
