What Causes Heart Palpitations With Electric Shock Feelings?
I keep getting this electical feeling in my chest when I am exercising. It happens sparadically. I am an aerobics instructor and just recently have been having these experiences. I had heart palpatations but are not as frequent. However, I have been having these electric like feelings.

Your clinical presentation pointing more in favour of pectoral myalgia . As you are a aerobic person the pain experienced from those muscles are noticed as electric shock like jerks.
Any way , you better get an EKG done from your local physician near by , which clears your doubt.
