What Causes Heart Palpitations With No Other Symptoms?
I have heart palpitations but no fainting, dizziness, chest pain, shortness of breath. They seem to come on when I have a stressed day in getting everything accomplished. I have taken a natural adrenal formula that seems to help me during these times.
