What Causes Heart Palpitations With Pain And Lightheaded Feelings?

I fell my heart beating in my chest and it hurts with each beat. I have left bundle branch blockage. I'm a 58 year old female but I've never had this happen before. Docters have never told me to watch out for these symtoms. It has stopped now but I have been lightheaded all day. Should I seek medical attention? I am 6 ft. and 169lbs.
