What Causes Heart Pounding And Racing?

hello to start i am a male.
I have been having a weird feeling in my chest today. and my heart seems to be pumping rather strong or fast honestly i don't really know as i never had felt my heart before. it also seems that i can breath better as well. Im concerned because it just feels weird. It does not hurt it just feels like every time it beats i feel as if gas or air goes up and i burp.

I'm only guessing my diet right now. i was 180 in December and is now 160 so im worried that my weight lost could be causing this. Really i have no idea it could be something else i hope someone can help.

I really appreciate your concern , let me tell you that there are certain conditions which responsible for increasing the heart rate apart from the disease the over excitement, too much consciousness, over secretion of adrenaline due to some functional condition, and now for the pathological condition cardiac infraction, and other cardiac disease, but in your case this is the functional condition only, and no need to worry about this, have a nice day.
