What Causes Heart Pounding In Chest?
I am lying at rest and without touching my skin any where I can feel my heart pounding in my chest and feel the beat. it is about 82 beats per minute when I just checked. Why is it beating so strongly against my chest? Is it normal to feel your heart pulsing in your chest when sitting down?
