What Causes Heart Pounding With Loud Heart Beat, Dizziness And Walking Disorientation?
Every few months or so (sometimes it even skips 5-6 months) I will wake up in the middle of the night with my heart pounding in my chest, and I will be able to feel my pulse in my ears. Everything will seem to be moving too fast around me, and my hands will seem very small, and I will feel dizzy or disoreinted when I try to walk. In the past I have woken up my mother because this feeling really freaks me out, and when she talks it will sound weird and feel as if her words are echoing in my mind. What could this be caused by?
HI Thank for asking to HCM I really appreciate your concern, this is hallucination, if you want to stops this then you need to control your thoughts and keep the anxiety level very low, highly stressful condition is responsible for this, if it does not go away then you have to see the psychiatrist, hope this information helps you, take care and have nice day.
