What Causes Heat Intolerance In 20th Week Of Pregnancy?

I am 20 weeks pregnant, 2nd pregnancy (1st was twins born very healthy at 42wks). Lately I've been experiencing extreme heat intolerance, I am burning up hot and clammy in an air conditioned room (my skin feels like it's under a heat lamp). I took my temperature and it's 97.3. At night I lay in the bed and I feel like all the fluids in my body are rushing through me (kind of like restless leg feeling but much worse and all over) and I feel like I'm vibrating. During the pregnancy with my twins I was tested and found to have low T4 levels and was put on meds during my 3rd trimester.

Hello dear,I understand your concern. In my opinion I suggest you to evaluate for any thyroid abnormality either hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism.Usually heat intolerance is seen in hyperthyroidism. Also drink adequate fluids upto 2 to 3 litres.Dont worry it will subside.
