What Causes Heaviness And Dull Pain In The Center Of Chest?

I have been having breathing issues for a couple years now. I have to yawn to get deep breaths. It feels like an elephant is sitting on my chest. Now when I wake up the center of my chest has a dull pain. Im only 27. Female. Im scared to go to the doctor bc i don t want to hear lung cancer.
