What Causes Heaviness And Twitching On Eyelids?

I am a 45 year old femaile with no health problems and take no meds. Lately I have been experiecing a heavy feeling on my eyelids along with some twitching and blurriness. I notice it mostly when I have been on the computer. Sometimes when this happens I try to open my eyes wide and get a funny sensation like a warm feeling running through my body. Both time this has happened I had been working on the computer for some time. My eyes feel very tired and I catch myself squinching a lot. I also have to use readers. Any suggestions?
