Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

I passed carefully through your question and would explain that your symptoms could be related to anxiety or indigestion. For this reason, I would recommend eating more frequently and in small portions.

If the heaviness persists, I recommend going to the ER for a physical exam, a resting ECG and cardiac enzyme levels.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
