What Causes Heaviness In The Eyes With Headache?

My eyes feel heavy sometimes even when I'm not tired they are constantly red I also experience headaches after playing sports that hurt when I shake my head I also feel a bit dizzy and have had constipation for the past couple of days only to be slightly cured by milk of magnesia what could this be ?

You need your eye to be examined General examination including record of BP. to be done. For constipation you should take more water and fibrous food. fruits and vegitable should be consumed more.
