What Causes Heaviness In The Right Ear?

Hi I feel like my right ear is full/heavy . I got it checked in rediclinic and it seems mild middle ear infection .She gave me antibiotic(AMOXICILLIN-CLAVULANATE ) as well . Its been two days that I am taking this medicine after every 12 hours but I am not able to feel much change . She gave me these tablets for 10 days. Does this medicine takes time to remove ear infection?

Fullness,heaviness,pressure sensation in ears could be a manifestation of middle ear infection.A prior viral illness usually precedes such infections.Examination of ear helps to confirm diagnosis.Antibiotic course usually relieves of this condition which is given for 7_10 days.
